Aviation Recipe
Ingredients:
2.0 oz. gin (Genever, Old Tom, floral)
0.75 oz. elderflower liquor
0.25 oz. cherry liquor (Luxardo)
3 dashes Baldies Ski’s Berry & Fig Bitters
1 - 2 Bourbon soaked cherries or other favorite liquored cherry
Directions:
Pour the gin, elderflower liquor, cherry liquor, and 3 dashes of Baldies Ski’s Berry & Fig Bitters with ice.
Stir until well chilled.
Using a hawthorne strainer, pour the cocktail over a well-chilled martini glass or coupe.
Skewer the cherries with a toothpick and place in glass.
If available, add shaved ice for a nice touch.
