Martini Recipe

Option #1:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. gin (London Dry, Plymouth)

  • 1.0 oz. vodka

  • 0.25 tsp dry vermouth (rinse)

  • 2 dashes Baldies Orange Bitters

  • Olives (garlic stuffed, pimento, jalepeno)

  • Cocktail onion

Directions:

  • Pour the dry vermouth into a well chilled martini glass or coupe and swirl to coat as much of the inside of the glass as possible. Discard the excess vermouth after swirl.

  • Mix the gin, vodka, and 2 dashes of Baldies Orange Bitters to a separate glass with ice and stir until chilled.

  • Use a hawthorne strainer and pour the cocktail into the vermouth prepared glass.

  • Skewer the olives and/or cocktail onions on a toothpick and place in glass.

  • Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. gin (Genever, Old Tom, floral)

  • 0.5 oz. vodka

  • 2 dashes Baldies Ski’s Berry & Fig Bitters

  • Olives (pimento, feta, blue cheese)

  • Lemon Twist

Directions:

  • Mix the gin, vodka, and 2 dashes of Baldies Ski’s Berry & Fig Bitters in a glass with ice and stir until chilled.

  • Use a hawthorne strainer and pour the cocktail into a well-chilled martini glass.

  • Skewer the olives on a toothpick and place in glass.

  • Add lemon twist to garnish.

  • Enjoy!
