Martini Recipe
Option #1:
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. gin (London Dry, Plymouth)
1.0 oz. vodka
0.25 tsp dry vermouth (rinse)
2 dashes Baldies Orange Bitters
Olives (garlic stuffed, pimento, jalepeno)
Cocktail onion
Directions:
Pour the dry vermouth into a well chilled martini glass or coupe and swirl to coat as much of the inside of the glass as possible. Discard the excess vermouth after swirl.
Mix the gin, vodka, and 2 dashes of Baldies Orange Bitters to a separate glass with ice and stir until chilled.
Use a hawthorne strainer and pour the cocktail into the vermouth prepared glass.
Skewer the olives and/or cocktail onions on a toothpick and place in glass.
Enjoy!
Option #2:
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. gin (Genever, Old Tom, floral)
0.5 oz. vodka
2 dashes Baldies Ski’s Berry & Fig Bitters
Olives (pimento, feta, blue cheese)
Lemon Twist
Directions:
Mix the gin, vodka, and 2 dashes of Baldies Ski’s Berry & Fig Bitters in a glass with ice and stir until chilled.
Use a hawthorne strainer and pour the cocktail into a well-chilled martini glass.
Skewer the olives on a toothpick and place in glass.
Add lemon twist to garnish.
